Terms of service
Effective November 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Norkendol LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”), which runs FireSnap. By creating an account or using FireSnap, you agree to them. If you use FireSnap for a company, you agree on behalf of that company and confirm you are allowed to. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
The service
FireSnap lets contractors capture and organize job photos, build photo reports and PDFs, and share them through links. FireSnap is currently free. If we ever start charging, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your company’s accounts.
- Company admins control who is on their team and what their team can do.
- Tell us right away if you think someone has gotten into your account.
Your content
- You own the photos, reports and information you put into FireSnap (“your content”).
- You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run FireSnap for you, including making preview copies and PDFs and showing your content to the people you share it with.
- You are responsible for having the right to upload your content and to share it, including permission from property owners, homeowners or others where needed. When a share link allows guests to send photos, you are responsible for how you use them.
- Share links work for anyone who has them until you turn them off. Downloaded PDFs can’t be recalled.
Photo fingerprints and history
FireSnap keeps original photos untouched, records a digital fingerprint when each one arrives, and keeps a history of changes. These features help show that photos haven’t been altered, but FireSnap is a record-keeping tool. We don’t certify photos, and whether a court, insurer or anyone else accepts them as evidence is up to them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use FireSnap to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, including privacy and copyright;
- upload anything harmful, such as malware, or content you have no right to share;
- try to get into other companies’ data, get around security or limits, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer FireSnap.
Ending your use
You can stop using FireSnap at any time; email us to close your company’s account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or if we stop offering FireSnap, and we will give notice where we reasonably can. After an account closes, we keep its data for 90 days so you can retrieve your reports, then delete it for good, as described in the privacy policy.
No warranties
FireSnap is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose, such as downloaded PDFs of important reports.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim about FireSnap is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breaking these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell customers about significant changes. If you keep using FireSnap after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
